Return requests are to be made within 7 ( seven ) days from the date of delivery via e-mail:

All original tags must be attached. LAUMAFASHION.COM has the right to refuse return of goods, that do not meet LAUMAFASHION.COM Return Policy requirements. There are NO REFUNDS and NO EXCNANGES on: LINGERIE; SWIMWEAR; SLEEPWEAR; UNDERWEAR; JEWELRY; BAGS and ACCESSORIES.
All merchandise purchased “ ON SALE “ or purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES or REFUNDS. All orders purchased as a “ SPECIAL ORDER “ can only be exchanged for another item or for a website credit. NO CASH REFUNDS.
